register, Certificate of closed family register, Supplementary family register, Certificate
of birth registration, Certificate of acceptance of marriage report, Certificate of
acceptance of divorce report, Certificate of acceptance of death repor
〇 Legal Affairs Bureau
Certificate of real property registration, Certificate of corporate registration
〇 Revenue office / Municipal tax office
Certificate of income tax payment, Certificate of corporation tax payment, Certificate
of consumption tax, Certificate of enterprise tax
〇 Pension office
Confirmation of national pension payment, Confirmation of social insurance payment
Withholding record of employment income, Certificate of employment
〇 Japan Safe Driving Center
Certificate of driving record
〇 Immigration Bureau
Entry/departure records, Certificate of closed alien registration card
The Government structure is so complicated that it is hard to find the appropriate office to gather documents! Even I had completely no idea which institute issues which documentation before I started this career!
